Bond Oversight Committee

The purpose of the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee is to receive reports, updates and information regarding the expenditure of measure D bond funds and ensure that measure D bond funds are expended on the identified projects authorized by measure D, and to verify that no measure D bond funds are expended on teacher/administrator salaries or other school operating expenses (CA Ed code section 15278)
